Are classes held during school holidays?
Yes — classes may still be held during some school vacations (for example, we remain open on Presidents' Day).
Is there a sibling discount?
Yes, we offer a sibling discount for families with multiple children enrolled.
Rescheduling & make-ups
What if my child has to miss a class?
We typically offer a make-up class during the same week as the missed session, so your child doesn't fall behind.
Can I reschedule for a different day?
Depending on staff availability and class capacity, we may be able to move a student to another time slot (for example, from a Tuesday class to a Saturday class for a few weeks).
Cancellations & refunds
What is your cancellation policy?
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
We can process refunds for future sessions if your child is unable to continue, or if you decide the program isn't the right fit.
How do you handle weather-related closures?
In the event of snow days or other emergency closures, we can adjust your billing cycle to extend the program or apply a credit toward the following month.
Birthday parties
Are your parties appropriate for 6-year-olds?
Yes! Our parties are designed for children ages 6–10. We use icon-based coding that doesn't require strong reading skills, making it accessible for younger engineers.
What is the cost, and what's included?
The base cost is $450 for up to 10 children, plus $35 for each additional child (16 children max). We provide two rooms: one for the robotics lesson and one for your food and cake celebration.
What is the party schedule?
Birthday slots are available on Saturdays from 4:00–6:00 pm, with some limited Sunday slots. We provide 30 minutes before the party for setup and 30 minutes after for cleanup.
Can the kids take home their projects?
Because our robot sets are reused for other students, children can't take home the models they build during the party.
Field trips & parking
Do you host school field trips?
Yes. We offer field trip experiences for groups of 10 or more students. Contact us for pricing and specifics.
Where can I park?
Street parking is available nearby, and there are several public parking garages within walking distance.
